Please review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—carefully before finalizing your purchase. As we strive to process orders quickly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, including item type, size, design, or address errors.

If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You have 6 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation. Orders outside this timeframe may be in processing or shipping stages.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders are considered accepted and refunds will no longer be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received item differs from what was ordered
  • Size or material is incorrect
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible for returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This will not be deducted from the refund amount.
